What to expect at FORE- Summarising the unsummarisable

By Aanchal Malik, PGDM Class of 2016-18

Hello to all the new FORE admits. You have taken your first step towards what will definitely be an exhilarating two years! I decided to pen some thoughts, which will hopefully provide you with a glimpse of what will make this time exhilarating. So here goes…

First Trimester:

The beginning of your FORE journey can easily be rated as the most exciting period. This is the time when you will be surprised that so many new things can happen in such a short period of three months! Whether you have work experience or you are a fresher, expect to feel some pressure in the first trimester. There will be new subjects. Many will experience a classroom setting after a long gap. There will be plenty of new people you will need to get acquainted with. As daunting as it sounds, trust me: it can all be fun. Try to enjoy all this to the fullest, because time will pass way too quickly, so make the most of it.

Group Projects:

Group Projects and Group Work are an integral part of any MBA program. Most of your submissions will be done with your study group, which will be assigned by the luck of the draw. If you are lucky, you will have like-minded and hardworking people in your group of 4-5. This is important because you will be working with this same set of people for the entire 1st year. At the same time, if some of your groupmates aren’t entirely agreeable people, that too is a good thing for you. Group work is a precursor to real-life situations that you will face in the corporate world. There, you won’t always be able to choose your colleagues and will have to find a way to work with all sorts of people. Consider this your initiation.

Student Committees:

I do not want to give the impression that the program is all about studies. The Student Committee activities provide another learning and growth perspective that classroom teaching does not. Through the activities, you gain hands-on experience in team management, coordination and working with an external network. At FORE, we have quite a number of Student Committees and Special Interest Groups – and all of the activities, from placements to inviting guest lecturers from the corporate world, are students driven. To make it a little interesting, there are only limited open slots. So, get ready to battle it out for spot in a committee/group of your preference.

International Immersion Program:

The International Immersion Program is always said to be the USP of FORE. This entails a week in Singapore to study in the Nanyang Technological University and have fun beyond your wildest dreams! Imagine a week in Singapore with 240 of your friends – how difficult would that be to organize on your own? Here, FORE sets up everything for you. If that isn’t enough for some, a trimester at the ESC Renne University in France as a foreign exchange student is also an option.

Extra-curricular activities:

Soon after the first trimester, as you get used to the routine on campus, you have a chance to participate in a variety of activities unrelated to your curriculum or career. These activities offer you a chance to continue to indulge in passions that you always had or even indulge in passions that you always wanted to but never could. Sports, Art, Dramatics, Social Service…. find your calling at FORE.

Hostel Life

Since the FORE PGDM is not a residential programme, locating and selecting an accommodation near the college is an added task.

FORE has coordinated with M/S Rajhan’s Hostels located in Katwaria Sarai near the campus for students who want hostel accommodation. The rooms are well kept and air conditioned. The food is acceptable but Delhi being Delhi, we have amazing food outlets nearby, offering delicious and affordable meals. Facebook and WhatsApp groups of FORE converts are the best places to look for a roomie in case you want to opt for a PG or a flat. Delhi’ites, opt for the hostel/PG only if you want to, considering the cost and commuting factors.

Whenever you feel bogged down by the course load or the feeling that there is always too much to do and too little time, remember that at the end of these two years a new and confident “you” will emerge, ready to take on the world. All the best with that journey!

Sandeep Balan of FORE School of Management’s Tryst with Write. Camera. Action.

“Films have always excited me. And books have always been my constant companions,” says Sandeep Balan, a graduate from the FORE School of Management (Batch 2005-07) who opted for marketing as his specialisation because he wanted to be involved with the exciting communication pieces that iconic brands put out.

Recalling his journey from a management graduate to winning accolades and writing a short film during his flourishing corporate career, Sandeep says that everything was possible because he found the time to follow his passion for writing. This desire was influenced by his father’s transferable job – this meant that books and films were his constant companions as he lost touch with his friends every time his father moved, he explains. And at a time when there was no Facebook or social networking as we know it today, this meant no distractions either.

Luck also played a big part in his journey as a writer when he was asked to join the Digital Marketing team at Idea Cellular right after his stint at FORE. This move fuelled his passion for storytelling as he began to create brand engagement through the digital medium, in which there is an emphasis on conversation and not just communication.

Moving on to Star TV after close to four and a half years with Idea, Sandeep found himself amidst writers who were churning out daily soaps. This helped foster his knack for storytelling and gave him invaluable experience as a marketing professional. Looking back, he says he found the whole process from ideation to creation a fascinating one.

United Breweries Ltd. was his next move after a year with Star TV, and here he heads the Digital Marketing space. “I feel I have done some of my best digital work here till date. At UBL, we put a lot of emphasis on creating the ‘money can’t buy’ experience for the end consumer. Our campaigns attempt to tell memorable stories,” he explains, adding that he has been lucky to have worked with some fantastic team members and in an ecosystem that is “conducive to great work, because of the freedom that top management gives us to execute our ideas.”

Being able to keep up with his enthusiasm for writing meant that Sandeep could develop a script for a short film titled ‘Half Ticket’ in his free time. “I was into writing short stories from my high school days and I would first test them on my sister to get her reaction. And my parents were always appreciative and would keep encouraging me to write more,” he says.“New age platforms, like blogs etc., only made it easier to keep writing and get feedback, sometimes really harsh comments, from random people. They don’t know you and hence may not have good things to say about your story. Feedback, good or bad, is always important and helps you reflect on your work” So, when he eventually wrote the script for ‘Half Ticket’ and wanted a critical review of his work, he asked his wife Naishy, also a FORE alumnus, to read the first draft.

“She gave me a lot of feedback on a couple of scenes and pointed out a few loopholes, which I hadn’t thought through initially. That, along with all the feedback I got from my team members at the workplace, helped me to fine tune the final script,” he says.

The response to the short film was overwhelming. Naveen Kasturia and Gunjan Malhotra put in fabulous performances in lead roles and took the film to extraordinary heights. ‘Half Ticket’ raced to a Million views on YouTube in a couple of weeks since its release and over 8 Million views on Facebook. The fact that it was shot very well and had great production value also helped. But success comes with its own pressures, and for Sandeep these are replicating the magic of ‘Half Ticket’ with each new film he creates.

For now, however, he seems to be the man with the ‘golden touch.’ The man who has seen several awards coming his way, including the Aditya Birla Chairman’s Award 2010 in the ‘Young Achiever’ category and the CMO Asia Star Youth Achievers Award 2014 from the Global Youth Marketing Forum. He was also the youngest candidate to be featured among eight futuristic brand heads of India by a leading social media blog.

Looking back at his professional graph and his days at FORE, Sandeep admits that the B-school was instrumental in moulding his career. “I wrote and directed plays, made corporate AVs for the college, made short films as part of academic presentations, contributed stories as a member of FOREword,” he says, elaborating on all of the activities that helped him achieve success. And, with a laugh, he tells us that most of the short films were set in our room or the hostel corridors. Things have certainly progressed from there.

Looking back on the films he created as a student, he remembers when his batch screened the premiere of a crazy short film he and his friends had created the night before their farewell party. “It was an insane script, a hilarious superhero story made possible by my awesome friends who brought it to life. It was meant to be our final sign-off to our batch and the juniors. We had a blast. It was our last night out at FORE,” says Sandeep. However, he adds, apart from the fun and the classes, an important quality he learnt at FORE was time management. He could never have “otherwise dreamt of finding time to write a short film” while he was working, he acknowledges.

Today, Sandeep affirms that the prospect of a one-on-one marketing interaction that social media brings to the table is both exciting and challenging for new age marketers like him. A challenge that makes working in the digital marketing domain both fun and exciting.

Interim Placements Report for PGDM Class of 2015-17 at FORE School of Management

New Delhi, 15th December: FORE School of Management (FSM) is cruising towards another successful placement season for its 2015-17 PGDM Program. Blue chip companies, strategy roles, IT sales, BFSI and e-wallet companies make their presence felt.

The current placement season is seeing a strong interest from blue chip companies who have, traditionally, been strong recruiters at FORE. HUL, Reckitt Benckiser, Asian Paints, ITC, Maruti, etc., to name a few.

Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) companies, like ICICI, SBI, CRISIL, Darashaw etc. also showed up in strong numbers. Consulting companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG showed up and so did the technology consulting companies like Cognizant, Genpact, etc.

And then came the dividends of demonetization. Given that last year, some of the E-Commerce companies had deferred their joining dates, E Commerce companies were not expected to hire in big numbers. However, because of demonetization, companies like Paytm, MobiKwik, Free Charge are hiring in bigger numbers and E-Commerce companies, expecting a brighter outlook going forward, are making a late dash for FORE students.

Another sector that is reaping from demonetization is the BFSI sector and FORE is seeing the recruitment numbers of Banks getting revised. In this sector, the client base is increasing, the quantum of money in bank deposits is increasing, loans are expected to go up, the number of high net worth customers is expected to go up – all this means more recruitment from B Schools. Banks which had already recruited from FORE are evincing interest to come for second round.

Another positive trend is the increase in number of strategy profiles offered on campus. FORE’s academic focus on Strategy is paying dividends. IT Sales is another area that has traditionally attracted a lot of companies to come to FORE. This year even Gartner came for IT Sales.

Last year at FORE had seen a peak salary of 21 Lakhs per annum and an average CTC of 9 Lakhs. This year, given the windfall of demonetization, placements are expected outshine the previous year.

Team Swachh Plastic wins Business Plan competitions one after the other

Have you heard of  ‘Biodegradable Plastic’….?!

Yes…Team Swachh Plastics’ whole idea of business is to provide a range of biodegradable plastic products for both industrial & household consumptionby manufacturing it indigenously!

Now isn’t it in sync with our Prime Minister’s mission of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan  and Make in India campaign….

In fact the idea at its core is inspired by a willingness to change people’s opinion about plastics, as being only a cause of environment degradation. The team wants to take this revolutionary concept of biodegradable plastic  or bio-plastics which can biodegrade easily and thus have minimal environment impact. The growing utilization of plastics in industrial and consumer applications combined with increased consumer awareness has led to an increased demand for bio- plastic products. The biodegradable polymers could be an alternative to the conventional plastic materials. These polymers being biodegradable can be disposed in safe and ecologically sound manner, through disposal processes like composting, soil application and biological waste water treatment.

The business plan of Swachh Plastic has been developed by the first year students of FORE School of Management– Rahul Gupta, Pranay Thakur, KunjGudhka and Pooja Agarwal. The team’s entrepreneurial mind set got activated in the true sense not when the idea came to their minds but when they actually got to put their thoughts into action during the workshop on Business Idea To Business Plan  organized  by Prof. (Dr.) Anita Tripathy  Lal, Prof-In-Charge  Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) FORE.

The team was later motivated by the Intra College B-Plan competition, “Concoct”, held in the Institute on Nov 04, 2016, where  the team ‘Swachh Plastic’ came as winners. The B-Plan competition in reality  helped the team members to shape their Plan as  per the feedback from the judges. The Jury  comprised of an Investor, Entrepreneur and a Faculty Member. Based on the  suggestionsfrom the experts, the team modified their plan and began participating in Inter College B-Plan Competitions

The first competition outside college was “Bizooka 2.0” held at Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune during December 23-24, 2015. Out of the 80 teams that had applied 8 were called for the final on-campus rounds. After a rigorous two days of presentations and answering questions from an expert panel of judges, the team Swachh Plastic stood second. Incorporating the learnings from their experience at SIIB and refining the idea further they went into the next B-Plan competition “Next Big Venture” at IMT Ghaziabad held on January 16, 2016. In the final on-campus round Team Swachh Plastic was adjudged at first place amongst the  16 invited teams which included IMI Delhi, IIT Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad and Bits Pilani.

Participation in these various B-Plan competitions has not just been about securing a position. The knowledge and the learnings from these events have been immense. The experience of  developing ‘Ideas into a  Business Plan’ and improving the plan further after every competition and feedback has been worth every bit, as it has been enriching and rewarding for all the team members.

As Foreians’ we are extremely grateful to our Institute FORE School of Management and thankful to the team of Centre for Entrepreneurship Development for giving us a wonderful opportunity – The idea that once was a seed, has now grown into a beautiful plant. Hopefully someday, it will be an oak, mightier, majestic and standing the test of times.

                                                                     -TEAM SWACHH PLASTIC

Yet Another Year of Successful Placements at FORE School of Management, New Delhi

February 28, 2016 | New Delhi: FORE School of Management (FSM) has had another successful placement season for its 2014-16 PGDM Program, which had 213 eligible students.

Final Placements this year were both faster and better says Prof. Rajneesh Chauhan, the Chairman Placements. Better was manifested in a higher median CTC, better quality of Companies and multiple job offers for students. The highest domestic offer this year was a Pre Placement Offer with a potential CTC of Rs 21 Lacs.

This year, FSM followed a mantra of ‘The first offer need not be the best offer’. Students who got an offer of less thanRs. 7 Lacs per annum were allowed to sit for subsequent companies so that the students could improve their placements. Consequentially, both the average and median CTC this year are close to touching Rs. 9 Lacs per annum, a substantial improvement over last year.

Apart from higher salary packages, there has been an improvement in diversity of recruiters as well. In terms of roles, Consulting offers represented 40% of the total, Marketing 40% and Finance 10% while in terms of industry sectors, consulting made up 50% of the offers, 20% in BFSI and 10% in E-Commerce.

Bain & Co., Accenture, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y from the consulting domain have all hired from FORE this year. JP Morgan, Bank of America, SBI, Kotak, HDFC, ICICI are a few of the companies that have recruited for Finance and related profiles. The e-commerce firms like Amazon, Quikr, GroupOn (NEAR BUY) and India Mart, to name a few is also an indication of change in profile of firms hiring this year – reflecting growth of this sector. The hiring traction from traditional recruiters also remains strong. FMCG, Durables and IT have returned year after year to recruit from FORE. Hindustan Unilever has returned to FORE to pick up students for both Sales and Finance profiles. Asian Paints, Hector Beverages, Maruti Udyog and many others, like every year visited the campus and hired students. In fact, encouraged by the performance of FORE students last year, Cognizant and Infosys have hired in bulk.

Some of the other highlights of placement season were:

  • FMCG sector is known for offering high salaries. The highest offer this year was a PPO with a FMCG company where the potential CTC is Rs. 21 Lacs per annum.
  • HUL undertook not one but two recruitment drives and selected multiple students in a confirmation band of Rs. 15 Lacs plus.
  • Cognizant made four offers of Rs. 14 Lacs plus.

“With the relatively low fee at FORE School of Management (compared to peer group), the Return on Investment continues to remain high and the payback period short (payback period = 15 months),” states Prof. Rajneesh Chauhan. Further he says that “Students with diverse backgrounds come to FORE and the final placements trends show that placements are equally good across diverse background. So whether it was the FMG vs. IMG, female vs. male students, or engineers vs. non-engineers, – there was hardly any difference between these groups in terms of CTC.”

Aadhar Garg of the Class of 2016 shares his experience getting placed with Asian Paints

Sailing through the Interview

Placement season is in full swing and students are gearing up for the grand finale of their MBA journey. So far, more than 60 percent of the batch has already been placed with organizations like HUL, Asian Paints, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, among others. The estimated number of companies visiting the campus this year is expected to go well beyond 100.

Strong placement trends notwithstanding, there is no substitute for strong preparation in improving the odds of a successful placement. While brushing up on academic knowledge gained over the last 2 years is no doubt helpful, some practical tips on ‘acing’ the interview are always welcome.

Aadhar Garg of the Class of 2016 shares some of his interview preparation experience for the benefit of fellow students.

– How did you go about cracking the interview with Asian Paints?

Confidence is the key and the most critical aspect of confidence is good communication skills. Apart from that, I brushed up on basic marketing concepts from Kotler, thoroughly read the JD, and researched the company, its operations and facts about the Indian paint industry. My internship experience also helped me a lot in the question and answer part of the interview. It is also vital to know every point on your resume inside and out, and you should be able to justify everything found in it.

– How do you think the learning at FORE has prepared you for the job?

The faculty at FORE is well-experienced and offers practical knowledge to the students through case studies, group projects, and role plays. Learning at FORE gave me good industry exposure, and class presentations and group projects made me more outspoken and a team player. Also, being a member of Student Council helped me enhance my personality.

– What would be your advice to students who wish to follow the same path and work in a similar company/profile?

Read about the company and its operations beforehand. Focus more on the application part of any sales and marketing concept taught in the classes and come up with new and creative ideas of implementation. And, most importantly, be confident and sure of yourself.

Sayak Ray from Class 2016 Shares His Placement Experience

In terms of my background, I completed my schooling in Kolkata and my B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from SRM University, Chennai.

Prior to joining FORE to pursue my PGDM in Marketing and Finance, I worked as a Techno-Functional Associate for Tata Consultancy Services. I have a total experience of 44 months in the IT industry, based out of Chennai and Kolkata. During my tenure at TCS, I worked with esteemed clients, both from the BFSI sector as well as the Energy & Utilities sector. I was also the Junior Head of the Recreational Committee at TCS and helped manage official excursions and client visits.

Placement

Preparation for the Cognizant interview

Cognizant was the first company I appeared for and they were offering a profile that would enable me to leverage my work experience and reap its advantages to the fullest. Given the excellent fit, I wanted to be fully prepared for the interview and give it my best. One lesson that I had learned over the years (both at work and at FORE) is that no matter how confident you are, never walk under prepared into an interview. Honing communication skills, confidence and technical knowledge are usually a given. Additionally, knowing the organization that one is interviewing with and the industry to which it belongs definitely adds value. Keeping with that, I had done my homework on Cognizant and its achievements in the IT industry. I had also been following trends and events across sociopolitical spheres,as well as the advancements in various industries, especially the IT industry. All these put together definitely gave me the edge while cracking the Cognizant interview.

How learning at FORE helped me

In terms of academics, I had opted for two electives at FORE:“Business Transformation” and “Business Development in IT”. I took these courses in the fourth and fifth trimesters, respectively. These two subjects helped me immensely in understanding the intricate details of business development/analysis. This was exactly the role that I had interviewed for at Cognizant and eventually got selected. Generally speaking, the overall course pattern at FORE is designed in such a manner that a student acquires an holistic understanding of Management.Apart from academics, I have been serving as the Coordinator and Head of the FORE Alumni Network, the Alumni Relations Cell of FORE for around a year now. This position of responsibility has given me ample scope to interact with FORE‘s esteemed alumni who have been successful across industries and sectors, in addition to providing an opportunity to help the student body. FORE has always worked to strengthen the bond and the connection between the institute and its alumni. Being a part of that great legacy has definitely helped me shape my own goals.

This understanding cuts across industries and specific roles, which is vital in the services industry. It is essential for a management graduate to be aware of the basics of all domains of management, be it Finance, Marketing, Operations or HR. Here at FORE, this basic essence is so deeply ingrained in the overall culture of learning and development that a student is naturally prepared for the job he/she is about to face, and I am no exception.

Finally, my advice to fellow students

Be extremely clear as to which specialization you wish to pursue. There is no point in choosing a specialization just because it is in vogue and everybody else is choosing it. Go for it only if you are passionate about it and see yourself doing it for the rest of your working life.

  • Choose your electives wisely in the second year as per your specialization choice. If you are eyeing a specific industry like IT, electives relating to business analysis/development are a must. Please ask your seniors.
  • Keep yourself abreast with the latest events and trends in the world. Be politically aware, nationally as well as internationally. Try to keep yourself acclimated with the latest industry trends as much as possible. READ THE NEWSPAPER.
  • Be thorough about the organization as soon as you know the date they are visiting the campus. Gain knowledge about their structure, mode of functioning and anything else which you could lay your hands/eyes on. If it is listed, the Annual Report is a great place to start.
  • Know your resume inside out. Also, try not to use a standard resume for all companies / industries. Tailor it for the role, highlighting relevant aspects – DON’T FUDGE.
  • Hone your communication skills. You should ooze confidence when you face the panel. But remember, it should not reach the point of overconfidence. Identifying the thin line between confidence and overconfidence is up to you.

How I made it to Deloitte Consulting? – Madhumita, PGDM programme, Class of 2016.

It is that time of the year when the efforts of two years culminate in final placements. So far, about 60 percent of the batch has been placed with highly reputable organizations. CTC trends so far also suggest an improvement over last year.

While a strong job market improves the odds of getting a desired profile, strong preparation definitely improves the odds of a successful placement. While brushing up on academic knowledge distilled over the last 2 years is no doubt helpful, some practical tips on ‘acing’ the interview are always welcome.

Madhumita of the Class of 2016 shares some of her interview preparation experience for the benefit of FORE students.

Describe your interview preparation process for Deloitte

The primary requirement is to know your resume inside-out. The interviewer is usually geared to catch exaggerations and falsehoods and thorough preparation is essential to not give this impression. I had a very clear understanding of the work done during my SIP and other live projects mentioned on my resume. Clarity of thought combined with clear communication in my responses helped me sail through the process.

How did the learning at FORE help you in your placements?

Firstly, the quality of academics at FORE is superior. This when combined with the innumerable number of projects, presentations and case studies, which are a part of the curriculum at FORE, help in improving your concepts, making you a confident individual. Often, interview questions involve elaborating on work that you have done in the past and being articulate, concise and clear on this really helps to score well with the interviewer.

What advice do you have for your batch mates and other students?

Ensure that you have a clear mind while appearing for the interview process, which can only be attained if you are sure about two things: 1) yourself and the work you have done; and 2) the profile. Apart from these vital aspects, more generally keep yourself abreast with the current happenings and try to have your own opinions on them.

The final placement season is underway at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. So far, about 75% percent of the batch has already been placed.

The importance of a proper preparation for the interview has been stressed repeatedly by faculty members and industry leaders alike. The pre-interview prep is an opportunity to summarize and incorporate the academic learnings of the course.

Abhilasha Gupta of the Class of 2014-2016 shares some of her interview preparation experience for the benefit of students.

– How did you go about cracking the interview with HUL?

I arrived at my interview with a clear and calm mind. The hands-on experience during my summer internship, as well as the knowledge gained, helped me to answer questions about how the internship connected to the job and company. The internship experience is a very common interview question, so students should be thorough in answering it.

– How do you think the learning at FORE has prepared you for the job?

At FORE, faculty members with substantial corporate exposure bring their learning to the classroom. I feel so comfortable with practical and case-based questions and studies now due to the experience in the classroom.

– What would be your advice to other students who wish to follow the same path and work in a similar company/profile?

My profile at HUL is in the Sales & Marketing domain. An understanding of the distribution channels and marketing strategies is of utmost importance. Besides this, the common skills like logical reasoning, creativity and clarity of thought are essential.

FORE School Keeps Up Placement Record

January 16, 2015: FORE School of Management (FSM) has had a strong opening to placement season. As on date, more than 90% of students have been placed and FORE is confident of completing the placements by as early as end of January.

Salary packages too have shown a strong trend this year. The highest offer this year is Rs 14 Lacs, so far, with average being Rs 8.3 Lacs and the median being Rs 8.2 Lacs. Around 60% of students have been offers of Rs 8 Lacs plus. PPOs have increased too with the largest PPO offer of Rs 13.2 Lacs. Considering this trend, students have been asked not to accept offers of less than Rs 7 Lacs but wait for better opportunity. With relatively low fee at FORE (compared to peer group), the Return on Investment is high and the payback period short (payback period = 16 months).

Not only packages, even the profile of jobs on offer have changed with a significant increase in consulting and finance profiles. Accenture, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y from the consulting domain have all hired from FORE this year. JP Morgan, Bank of America, SBI, Kotak, HDFC are a few of the companies that have recruited for Finance and related profiles. The e-commerce firms like Amazon, Quickr, GroupOn (NEARBUY) and India Mart, to name a few is also an indication of change in profile of firms hiring this year – reflecting growth of this sector.

Traditional recruiters from FMCG, Durables and IT have returned year after year to recruit from FORE. Hindustan Unilever has returned to FORE to pick up students for both Sales and Finance profiles. Asian Paints, Hector Beverages, Infosys, Cognizant, NIIT Technologies, Maruti Udyog and many others, like every year visited the campus and hired students. In fact, encouraged by the performance of FORE students last year, Cognizant and Infosys have hired in bulk.

Given the strong trend in placements, FORE is advising its students to be selective in acceptance of offers. “First offer is not necessarily the best offer”, says Professor Rajneesh Chauhan, Chair-Placements at FORE School of Management. He goes on to say that students are counseled constantly to carefully evaluate the opportunities so that the offer that they accept are closest to where their interests lie. Students are encouraged to be patient and not get anxious since FORE has a consistent track record of full placement. Select students are given the choice of multiple offers since the first offer may not be the best offer.
